Marcella is the absolute best - I've been going to her now for about a year and a half, and she's the only person I trust with my hair entirely. She's so talented and has really good instincts about hair. I always just have her do what she thinks is best, and I'm never disappointed. Everyone there is so friendly, all the other stylists and the owners make you feel so welcome. Before I found Natural Look, I used to procrastinate getting my haircut for months at a time because I would stress that it wouldn't look right/be what I wanted and that I wouldn't know how to handle it - but now I always look forward to my haircuts/color there because I always walk out satisfied.
