I worked with Scott on some bodywork covered by my insurance. I had a previous estimate from Esurance and it stated the repair to my fender would be a 3 day repair. Scott also told me he could order the fender ahead of time and have it painted by the time I dropped my vehicle off speeding up the process. Well, the repair took 7 days and when I complained Scott said the shop would cover the extra days of rental costs for the car I was renting. That was a lie, I had to pay 7 days for a rental on a 3 day repair. I also had to bring my car back twice for lousy work on the repair. The first time to get blemishes and glue polished off of the paint job and the 2nd to straighted door trim they reinstalled improperly. The door still doesn't line up with the fender or the rear door. I very much regret doing business with this shop.
